The company is engaged in financial structuring, private lending, and financial activities.

Freemerica is involed in factoring and recievables financing, as well as structured financing arrangements, while maintaning strict internal risk management and compliance procedures. Operating under EU regulatory standards, the company does not attract or manage public funds and conducts all operations within a controlled financial framework. Freemerica operates with a defined group of counterparties and does not offer services to the gemeral public.
